Hopps was born at our home and is one of our FOREVER family members. Hopps earned his CH conformation title at the age of 8 months at a Hurricane Alley American Hairless Terrier Association event in Lakeland, FL in July 2013. He went on to earn his GRCH title relatively quickly as well AND at the age of 9 months, took a BEST IN SHOW at the FL Toy Fox Terrier event in Lakeland, FL!

Hopps’ debut in Terrier Racing earned him a United Flat Racing title and is one win away from a United Steeple Racing title (we held him out of one race so a friend’s dog could finish his title). That same weekend, Hopps qualified in 4 of 4 Lure Coursing runs, earning his CA and 1 leg towards his CAX. Hopps has also begun his Agility and Rally training. He has 2 legs towards his first agility title. We hope he’ll earn more titles in 2015!

Hopps is also currently in training to be our daughter, Corbyn’s, service dog. Hopps has an amazing temperament and is so willing to work and learn. We are hopeful that he will be able to help Corbyn get around school easier (open doors, pick up things she’s dropped, etc).
